The Saints of June
In June the Orthodox Church remembers many saints; Orthros carries 60 of their lives, on 27 of the month's days. Among them are St Metrophanes of Constantinople (June 4), St Ephraim of Antioch (June 8) and St Kirill of Belozersk (June 9). Dates are on the New Calendar; on the Old Calendar a fixed feast falls thirteen days later.
