What we collect
Nothing about you, and nothing about your prayer. Orthros has no account of its own: you never make a login or a password with us, and no server of ours ever watches you pray. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from anyone else’s servers.
No trackers, ever
No trackers, no ads, no analytics, no data sold, here or in the app. This is not a policy we may revise. It is a commitment, and if it ever had to change we would say so here in plain words first.
Your prayer stays yours
Your rule, your journal, those you pray for, all of it lives on your device and in your own iCloud, where we cannot read it. The only account involved is the Apple one already on your phone: it syncs between your devices through Apple, under that account, never through one you make with us. Delete the app and it is gone; we never had it.
When you buy Orthros+
Buying Orthros+ is the one place money changes hands, and even then we never see your card. Apple takes the payment through your App Store account, and a record of what you bought is used only to unlock it across your devices, never by a server that watches you pray. Web and parish purchases work the same way, through a payment company that sees the charge and nothing of your prayer. None of it is ever linked to your rule, your journal, or a single prayer, and none of it is ever sold.
