The Saints of November
In November the Orthodox Church remembers many saints; Orthros carries 62 of their lives, on 28 of the month's days. Among them are St Martin of Tours (November 12), St Catherine of Alexandria (November 24) and St Nektarios of Aegina (November 9). The month also keeps the Great Feast of the Entry of the Theotokos (November 21). Dates are on the New Calendar; on the Old Calendar a fixed feast falls thirteen days later.
