The Righteous

The Church calls "righteous" the holy men and women of the Old Covenant, such as the forefathers, and sometimes married saints of the Church who were neither martyrs nor monastics. They are honoured for a life of faith lived in the world. Below are the righteous saints whose lives Orthros carries, each with the day of their feast.
