Our Holy Mother Theodora of Salonica (879)
Theodora, born on Aegina about 812, was married and bore a daughter; widowed, she entered a monastery at Thessalonica, where she lived in humility and obedience, honoring the other sisters and serving the abbess.

After her repose about 892 a heavenly fragrance arose from her tomb and healing myrrh flowed from her relics, by which many were cured; she is counted among the myrrh-streaming saints, and her relics rest at Thessalonica.
