From the Prologue of Ochrid

As a Jew Constantine converted to Christianity. At baptism Constantine placed a cross on his head, and there remained on his head the miraculous imprint of the cross until his death. Constantine died in Constantinople in the seventh century. Constantine was glorious because of fasting and many miracles. Seven years beforehand Constantine foretold the day of his death.
