Wine and oil allowed

Still no meat, fish, dairy, or eggs

A small relaxation of the fast, usually on Saturdays and Sundays within a fasting season, and on the lesser feasts. Wine and olive oil return to the table · a quiet gladness · while meat, fish, dairy, and eggs are still set aside.

In older usage "oil" means olive oil in particular; here too the local custom and your priest's guidance decide the details.

The measure is yours to receive, ask your priest.
